I had high expectations for this majestic country and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. With adventures through the back streets of Kyoto to the crazy streets of Tokyo. Around the streets seemed chaotic with all the people, but once you look deeper you will find a combination of modern skyscrapers and historic temples. Packed with history, culture, and fantastic food, it didn’t take long to feel at ease around the locals. There was sushi, ramen, octopus balls, and matcha everything from ice-cream, kit-kat bars, and tea just to name a few. Tokyo street food was eye-catching and came fairly cheap, It is freshly made right in front of you and it tastes delicious. The only regret, I should have done a better job taking pictures of the food.
